The GEBHARDT StoreBiter® One-Level-Shuttle (OLS) X is a highly flexible and scalable shuttle system, which can be specifically adapted to the most diverse customer requirements. The basis is a combination of recognised GEBHARDT shuttle and AGV technologies. The shuttle storage system can consist of two or more aisles, which are divided into several levels. Depending on the performance requirements, each level is equipped with one or more shuttles. The different aisles are connected via platforms and enable a free, rail-free and uncomplicated change of vehicles between the aisles. Thus, the OLS X does not depend on rail guidance and dispenses with maintenance-intensive, mechanically interchangeable travel carriages. The GEBHARDT OLS X solution is flexible and can be extended almost at will. Every workstation has direct access to every article in the system, even in exact sequencing.
